Homemade Honey-Mustard Dressing

Honey | Mustard | Olive oil | Apple vinegar | Salt | Pepper | Parsley | Oregano

Take a small airtight container, such as a small jam jar. Combine a tablespoon honey, half a tablespoon mustard, 20 ml oil and 20 ml vinegar. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and half a teaspoon parsley and oregano. Close the lit, and shake thoroughly. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
